Show Season 2018 is approaching!

For many of us that means the competition season is just around the corner for our experienced horses and it is time to address training conundrums, add in new exercises and challenges or just get our young horses out and about in new locations in a socialized group experience!

This is a super opportunity to have a less intense environment to get some instruction and have a few minutes to practice on your own while the other rider(s) get some one on one help! With many years of FEI experience behind us this is a great chance to have a correct foundation established for both horse and rider!

These reduced fees will apply February 1st-May 10th, so it is time to band together, share the ring space and improve your riding and your horse’s education! Group lesson times begin at 230pm each day and end at sunset (through May 10th). Cost is $30 per horse/rider. Please sign a copy of our new Waiver and provide proof of Negative Coggins and Flu/Rhino vaccination within 90 days.

2018 Training Services
– On site clinics and lessons – Long lining instruction (double lines) for horse and rider/driver – Cavaletti and gymnastic grid assembly – Ground training – In-hand work for the young horse and advance dressage horse – On site and off site schooling and training – Competition riding on a case by case basis	– Basic dressage, balancing and conditioning system development for the horse or pony – Advanced dressage lessons through Grand Prix – Freestyle choreography and musical selection – Rider conditioning and fitness plans Marketing: Sales promotion material will be billed at $65 per hour and includes(but is not limited to): digital video, online promtional material, professional photography services and correspondance.
We are currently accepting applications and appointments for horses in training and boarding. Space should be available in April 2018 with Ellie. Currently, we are full – contact Anne to check available space in our program. Working Student Applications are being reviewed for Summer 2018 and an on-site housing/training opportunity for a motivated individual for Fall/Winter 2018. Please click HERE for more information. We have a selection of FEI trained schoolmasters available for lessons and half lease that are trained through Grand Prix.
Anne’s Lesson & Clinic Fees
Private 45 minute Lesson : $100.00 (your horse) Semi-Private: $65.00 each (your horses) Group of 3 or 4: $50.00 each (your horses) Long Lining (30 minutes): $75.00 Clinic Day Fee: $900.00 plus travel expenses Offsite Lessons: Add $1.00 per mile 2018 Available Training Packages: Light – 3 Lessons per week $270 ($90 each) Full – 5 Lessons per week $435 ($87 each) Please email Anne to discuss scheduling your Training Package. All lessons must be used in the 30 day period that they are purchased. Helmets are required. No exceptions. Ellie’s Lesson & Training Fees	2018 Boarding Fees
Private 45 minute lesson: $80.00 (your horse) Private Schoolmaster: $125 (WF horse) Semi-Private: $50.00 each (your horses) Group of 3 or 4: $45.00 each (your horses) Long Lining (30 minutes): $80.00 Schooling your horse: $80.00 Offsite Lessons: Add $1.00 per mile Any and all returned checks will require payment of an additional $40.00 to Watermark Farm plus all bank fees. Helmets are required in all lessons with Ellie and she recommends a body protector for all young horses and/or over fences sessions. Training Packages for 2018: Light – 3 training rides per week $210 ($70 each) Full – 5 training rides per week $335 ($67 each) Packages may be utilitzed as lessons at the same rate. Please email Ellie to schedule training packages and discuss availability. All training package rides and lessons must be used in the month of purchase. Please be aware her riding and training responsibilities restrict travel day(s) and off site teaching availability. Monthly Board Rate: $1200 Weekly Board Rate: $350 (minimum lesson requirement – see boarding agreement) Board includes but is not limited to: – Top notch care, handling and blanketing – Daily Stall Cleaning – Personalized Individual Feeding, Supplements and Turnout as required by each horse/pony – Hot and cold wash rack – Full Size (20x60m) arena, lighted small (20x40m) indoor arena – Night check – Tackroom and ample, secure Loft storage – Onsite Video Surveilence 24/7 Training Options – Light Training Program add $600 – Full Training add $1000 Late Fees: Add $60 if paying between the 2nd and 9th Add $350 if paying after the 10th Day rate increases to $65 As we are running a business with suppliers and employees who are dependant on our fiscal responsibility – there are no apologies for having a Late Fee Policy. Veterinary, Farrier, Equine Dentistry and any additional equine professional fees are billed seperately by those service providers.
